Counselling:

Talk To Me offers a wide range of Counselling services. We offer Individual Counselling, Group Therapy, Marriage Counselling, and School Counselling. We also offer Aptitude Testing & Career Counselling both in physical & online models. The Talk to Me team consists of Counsellors, Clinical Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Occupational Therapists, Remedial & Special Educators; comprising some of the best in their respective fields.

Individual Counselling :

Individual Counselling involves one-on-one sessions between a professional counselor and client, providing a safe space to address an issue and a space to consciously put in the work to heal oneself. School and Career Counselors help people clear their minds and set clear intentions that align with their thoughts and their purpose with regard to issues at school or confusion in career prospects.

Therapy:

Talk to Me has a group of diligent therapists to provide their services in the field of Special Education, Remedial Education, Psychotherapy, and Group Therapy. Occupational therapy focuses on helping people do all the things that they want and need to do in their daily lives including work, school, hobbies, social situations, and household tasks. Occupational therapists work to help people develop, recover, and improve skills that they need to live their lives effectively. They play an important role in treating and improving disabilities in people.

Psychotherapists :

Psychotherapists treat psychological disorders and mental distress through verbal and psychological techniques. Group therapy is a form of therapy that involves a small group of individuals who share a common issue , problem area or goal. This approach allows members of the group to offer and receive support from others, as well as practice new behaviors within a supportive and receptive group.

Testing :

Talk To Me NGO administers both Aptitude and Psychometric tests for Intelligence, Personality, and various mental health conditions. An individual can take these tests either online or physically at the clinic. However, some specific tests mandatorily require in-person administration. An Aptitude test is an assessment used to determine an individual's various skills or propensity to succeed in a given career after determining their inherent strengths and weaknesses. This helps predetermine what natural inclination in specific areas they possess to make an informed choice about career. Psychometric tests are paper-pencil and verbal tests which assess people to measure and understand their psychological attributes such as personality, motivation, traits, issues, and intelligence.

Other Projects & Programs:

Talk To Me, NGO helps form and promotes support groups. It holds a number of lectures, workshops, webinars, and seminars, both online and offline, across various forums ranging from schools, colleges, special interest groups, corporate entities, and invitee events in order to create and spread awareness around mental health, provide the right information and accurate dissemination of knowledge, and work as a medium to reach out and offer help. It also hosts various programs carefully curated to address a number of issues and seek possible solutions collectively. The clinic is working on a number of projects by itself and in collaboration to meet its goals.

Special Education & Remedial sessions:

Special Educators work with children and adults with intellectual deficiency, Learning Disabilities, Attention Defict Disorder, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia and Autism. Remedial Therapists work with individuals suffering from Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, and Attention Deficit Disorder. The NGO has skilled professionals who conduct special education classes as well as remedial sessions for students and others who have behavioral, or cognitive impairments or have intellectual, hearing, vision, speech, or learning disabilities. They also work with Gifted children with advanced academic abilities and children with orthopedic or neurological impairments.
